PONENCIA AFZ ABOGADOS: "EDUCANDO FRENAMOS LA VIOLENCIA. COMENCEMOS YA"

Estimados lectores, hoy os hacemos llegar la crónica de la ponencia que impartieron las letradas de AFZ ABOGADOS el pasado día 22 de noviembre de 2016, dentro de las VIII Jornadas de Violencia de Género celebradas en la Universidad Carlos III.  Un auditorio repleto de estudiantes fue el magnífico paisaje que encontraron nuestras dos ponentes, que centraron el mensaje de la mesa en la importancia de visibilizar a la víctima, así como el reconocimiento del menor como víctima directa de la violencia de género.  Mariana Fernández, dio apertura al acto con un acertado resumen acerca de las formas de violencia de género, enmarcando el Estatuto de la Víctima a través de la Ley 4/2015, respecto la que destacó la ampliación de la protección brindada por la misma, sin evitar la crítica hacia la necesidad de que una ley reconozca el deber de proporcionar un trato "respetuoso y no discriminatorio" a la víctima, manifestando: "Es bochornoso que tenga que reconocerlo una ley para que se desempeñe en estas condiciones", "somos testigos de que las cosas no se están haciendo bien".Sus palabras dieron paso a la intervención de Beatriz Zarco, que puso de manifiesto la desgarradora situación en la que se encuentran los menores expuestos a violencia de género, víctimas que son vistas como secundarias ante esta terrible realidad. Las imágenes, dieron paso al relato en primera persona de adultos que en su infancia habían sufrido violencia de género hacia sus madres. Las lágrimas brotaron de los ojos de muchos de los asistentes, que quedaron conmocionados con los mismos.   Posteriormente Mariana puso de manifiesto las estrategias educativas y familiares que deben ponerse en marcha para que las futuras generaciones combatan desde pronta edad el trato desigual y los modelos violentos. Rompió los mitos del amor romántico con ayuda de los estudiantes, que dieron su testimonio acerca de muchos de ellos. Finalmente, y como es habitual en cada ponencia, las abogadas emplearon las estrategias que se ponen a disposición de las mujeres maltratadas y de los menores expuestos a violencia de género para reconstruir sus vidas, dejando a todos los asistentes con un gran sabor de boca, y muchas ganas de alzar la voz por aquellos que se ven incapacitados. Mariana nos subió a todos el autoestima a través de sus vídeos de motivación y estrategias para mantenerlo bien alto.  Beatriz, concluyó el acto explicando el concepto de "Resiliencia" a través de una divertida dinámica que no dejó a nadie indiferente. Proporcionó pautas imprescindibles para superar las dificultades de la vida, y salir reforzados y renovados de las mismas. En definitiva, no podéis perderos el vídeo de este magnífico acto, que nos hizo llorar y reír a partes iguales.  |
